Independent Oil Tools AS was established in 1992, and is a well recognized service company to the Oil and Gas industry, Renewables and Geothermal sectors.

We serve our clients from our base at Forus, Stavanger, where our Operations base is located together with our Administration. We operate as a lean and effective organisation ensuring short decision lines and effective deliveries.

As an Independent service provider, we operate as a very flexible organisation with a close relationship to our clients and partners. With in-house expertise covering a wide range of services, we also solve your challenges through our global network of partners and suppliers.

IOT Norway carries a large stock of drilling equipment, X-Over Subs and associated handling equipment.

Tubing for Well Test Operations
For over 10 years IOT has been the preferred tubing supplier for well test operations on the NCS with  approx. 8.000 joints ranging from 2 3/8″ – 6 5/8″ in various grades and weights.

Make & Break Services:
We also do make/brake services for various customers, with hydraulic operated torque machines:
Two fully rotational machines, one at 2 7/8″ – 30″ OD capacity at max. 100.000 ft.lb. make and break, second machine at 2 3/8″ – 14″ OD capacity at max. 100.000 ft.lb. make and brake.
