IOT Energy Services Australia Pty Ltd. (IOT) was established in 1990 and is a leading service company to the oil and gas, mining and geothermal industries.
Customer service is our first priority, and we will continue to surprise our customers by quick turnarounds and deliveries. We serve oil companies, drilling contractors and other service companies, primarily on the NW Shelf of Western Australia, the Cooper Basin in South Australia and Queensland and Papua New Guinea from our newly purpose-built facility in Jandakot, Perth.
We offer Tubular Running Services with both Conventional and CRTi Equipment, which is operated by highly trained, experienced IOT personnel to run your Chrome or L80 tubulars down hole. Our McCoy Clincher tongs are complimented with our proprietary IECEx certified, TT2000 torque turn computer system, which will reduce manpower on rig floors and increase accuracy when making up premium connections.
Our current local inventory of approximately 6,000 joints (>56,000m) of drill pipe, HWDP, drill collars, tubing and wash pipe provides capability of executing multiple simultaneous projects. Drill pipe sizes range from 2-7/8″ > 5-7/8″, with the majority with high torque connections. Our tubing and wash pipe sizes range from 2-3/8″ > 5″ in various grades and weights.
We also provide make and break services for our clients, with fully rotational, calibrated, hydraulically operated torque machines.
Machine 1 = 2-3/8” > 24” maximum tubular / coupling OD. Up to 150,000 ft.lbs torque make-up or break-out (40,000 ft.lbs for chrome tubulars with non-marking dies) plus 5-ton push / pull capacity.
Machine 2 = 2-3/8” > 14” maximum tubular / coupling OD. Up to 50,000 ft.lbs torque make-up or break-out (40,000 ft.lbs for chrome tubulars with non-marking dies).
Pressure Test bay – 23.8m Long x 2.5m Wide. 15,000psi capacity. Electronic and analogue test chart capability including close circuit camera monitoring.
All equipment is inspected by our third-party NDT contractor, to latest API and DS1 inspection standards.
