In connection with a demanding HTHP well for customers on the Norwegian shelf, we entered the market with great demands for a large rental package for several scenarios. IOT responded with a “we will fix this” attitude from first contact. Direct and honest communication throughout the process, solution-oriented and dedicated in helping me deliver an important well to our customer. The drilling rig had strict inspection requirements that were met, even when the well was moved significantly forward in time. Unloading and logistics performed exactly according to plan so that we had time to build up the pipe before operation. No rig time was spent on building the tubulars. Very satisfied with the collaboration with IOT and will not hesitate to recommend them further if you have a demanding project that needs ownership and willingness to implement.

The crews performed well throughout the operation. They were proactive and complied with OSL and HAES HSE policies at all times.Simon is a strong leader and marshalled the crews well with lots of interaction with drill crews and OSL supervisors

All equipment was prepared in a timely manner and clear instructions were given for the use of power tongs during toolbox talks. Any equipment failures or damage seen due to PNG environment / poor road conditions was dealt with swiftly (fixed or replaced). Jam unit graphs provided to company rep (myself) in a timely manner. Detailed backload lists have been provided in advance to our logistics guys at rig site.

In Summary, excellent crews, excellent service provided, a pleasure to work with.
