This winter Markedsføringshuset conducted a major customer satisfaction study for IOT. We were interested in finding out what our key customers valued most in the collaboration and how satisfied they are with IOT's products / deliverables, attitude and skills. Customer-driven improvements is important for IOT to reach our goal of being the preferred supplier. We like to focus on the things that our customers value the most. .

The survey results are very positive. IOT achieved an overall satisfaction score at over 80 points. We are proud of the results, and know we must work hard to maintain high customer satisfaction over time.

As we appreciate valuable feedback we have conducted a prize draw among those who gave us feedback. We hereby congratulate Martin Hellesøy, North Atlantic Drilling who was the winner of the iPad.
